Welcome to Uzumaru! By using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully.
1. Account Usage & Authorized Domains
Your Uzumaru account is authorized for use exclusively on official Uzumaru domains. Accessing, authenticating, or operating your account through any domain other than *.uzuma.ru (and any subdomains thereof) is not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing by Uzumaru.
Any automated access to our platform, including but not limited to web scraping, crawling, data harvesting, or bot-driven interactions, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Uzumaru. Unauthorized automated access — regardless of intent or scale — is considered a violation of these Terms and may result in:
- A formal warning issued to the account holder.
- Temporary suspension or permanent termination of the account, at Uzumaru’s sole discretion.
The severity of the action taken will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature, frequency, and impact of the unauthorized access.
Email Domain Restrictions
To prevent abuse, fraud, and misuse of our platform, Uzumaru reserves the right to block or reject registrations and account activity from specific email domains at any time, without prior notice and without obligation to provide reason. Users who register with a blocked or subsequently restricted email domain may have their account suspended or terminated. Uzumaru shall not be held liable for any inconvenience arising from such restrictions.
2. Acceptable Use
Our services are intended to be used for lawful and legitimate purposes only. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the services does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights. Any misuse of our services, including but not limited to illegal activities, abusive behavior, or disruptive practices, may result in action being taken, including suspension, limitation, or termination of your account.
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Spamming or sending unsolicited emails or messages.
- Engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or other malicious behavior.
- Attempting to breach or bypass security measures on our platform.
- Hosting or distributing illegal content, including malware, viruses, or copyrighted materials without permission.
- Using our services to conduct DoS (Denial of Service) attacks, data scraping, or any form of unauthorized access.
4. Resource Abuse
To maintain a fair and reliable service for all users, Uzumaru may impose restrictions on certain resource usage. Excessive usage that negatively affects the performance, stability, or availability of our services is considered resource abuse. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Excessive CPU or memory consumption.
- Abnormal disk I/O (input/output) activity that affects system performance.
- High network traffic that causes degradation of network performance or availability for other users.
If your usage exceeds the fair limits, we may take the following actions to protect the system:
- Limit the affected resource (CPU, memory, disk I/O, or network bandwidth).
- Suspend or throttle service performance to maintain fair usage for other users.
- Terminate or suspend without any refund your account if abuse continues or if there is no improvement after warning notifications.
5. Support Ticket Authority
Uzumaru reserves the right to manage and act upon support tickets at its sole discretion to maintain the integrity, fairness, and efficiency of our support operations. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Ticket Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend, close, or deprioritize any support ticket that is deemed unreasonable, abusive, repetitive, or submitted in bad faith, without any obligation to provide further explanation.
- Unreasonable Requests: Tickets that contain threats, harassment, demands outside the scope of our services, or requests that violate our policies may be closed without resolution.
- Abuse of Support: Misuse of the support system, including repeated frivolous tickets, impersonation, or attempts to manipulate support staff, may result in restriction or permanent revocation of support access.
6. Malicious Software Policy
Installing or operating known malicious software on any Uzumaru service is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, software such as XMRig (cryptocurrency miners), Tor nodes, Masscan, and any other tools commonly associated with abuse, unauthorized scanning, or harmful network activity.
Regardless of whether such software is actively causing harm or has merely been installed, Uzumaru reserves the right to take any of the following actions at its discretion:
- Machine Suspension: Immediate suspension of the affected service without prior notice.
- Machine Deletion: Permanent deletion of the machine and all associated data.
- Account Ban & Termination: Permanent ban of the account with full balance forfeiture and clearance of all services.
The specific action taken will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Our staff holds absolute discretionary authority in evaluating the severity of the violation and determining the appropriate response. No refund will be issued in any case involving malicious software.
7. Account Termination
Uzumaru reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any of the following reasons:
- Engaging in prohibited activities as outlined above.
- Violation of the terms or policies stated in this Terms of Service agreement.
- Non-payment of any applicable fees or charges for services provided by Uzumaru.
- Failure to resolve any resource abuse issues or compliance concerns raised by Uzumaru.
8. Network Reachability & SLA
Our services are designed for global reachability. However, we do not guarantee accessibility from countries or regions that implement national-level firewalls or internet censorship (e.g., China, Iran, etc.). Inability to access our services from such regions does not constitute a service failure or SLA breach and is not eligible for refunds.
9. IP Address & Quality
IP addresses are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that IP addresses will be classified as “residential” by third-party databases, nor do we guarantee specific fraud scores or risk levels.
We do not accept support tickets or refund requests based on:
- IP classification (e.g., Data Center vs. Residential).
- “Pseudo-residential” or masking status.
- Third-party risk scores or fraud scores.
- Geo-location inaccuracies in third-party databases.
Support is limited to technical network connectivity issues (e.g., packet loss, inability to send/receive traffic) that are within our control.
Proxy & VPN Usage Policy
You are permitted to set up and operate proxies or VPNs for personal use on our services. However, the following restrictions apply:
- Personal Use Only: Proxies and VPNs set up on our services must be for your own personal use only. Even if authentication is implemented, the service must not be shared with or accessible by other individuals.
- Open Proxies Prohibited: Operating open proxies (publicly accessible proxies that allow unrestricted third-party access) is strictly prohibited. All proxy services must be secured and restricted to authorized users only.
- Authentication Required: If you operate a proxy or VPN service, you must implement proper authentication mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access.
- Commercial & Multi-User Use Prohibited: Using our services to operate a multi-user VPN, proxy reselling business, subscription-based proxy/VPN service, aka (Airport (机场)), or any form of commercial proxy/VPN distribution to third parties is strictly prohibited — regardless of whether authentication is in place.
Violations of this policy may result in any combination of the following, at staff’s sole discretion:
- Immediate machine suspension or permanent deletion.
- Account ban with full balance forfeiture and service termination.
Legal Liability & Abuse
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through our services and IP addresses assigned to you. Any illegal activities, abuse, or violations of applicable laws will result in immediate action and potential legal consequences:
- Criminal Activities: Any use of our services for illegal purposes including but not limited to hacking, fraud, identity theft, distribution of illegal content, or any other criminal activity is strictly prohibited.
- Legal Responsibility: You acknowledge and agree that you bear full legal responsibility for any illegal activities conducted through our services. We will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies and provide all necessary information in response to valid legal requests.
- Immediate Termination: Accounts found to be involved in illegal activities or abuse will be immediately terminated without refund, and all relevant information will be preserved for legal proceedings.
- Liability: You agree to indemnify and hold Uzumaru harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your misuse of our services or violation of applicable laws.
10. DDoS Policy
Unless a specific DDoS protection package is purchased, the following policy applies to services targeted by DDoS attacks:
- 1st Attack: The service will be null-routed (suspended) for 24 hours.
- 2nd Attack: If a second attack occurs within 48 hours of service restoration, the service will be suspended for 72 hours.
- 3rd Attack: If a third attack occurs within 48 hours of the previous restoration, the service will be permanently terminated.
In the event of termination due to DDoS attacks, you may contact support to retrieve your data (if technically feasible), but no refund will be issued for the remaining service period.
11. Payment & Billing
You agree to pay for the services in advance. All payments are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and all associated services.
- Crypto Payments: Payments made via cryptocurrency are non-refundable due to the nature of the transaction.
12. Service Agreement, Term & Breach
The agreement between Uzumaru and the user is established upon purchase and is valid exclusively for the duration of the active billing cycle in which payment has been made. No ongoing or perpetual contractual relationship is implied beyond the paid billing period.
Breach of Agreement
Should either party choose to terminate or withdraw from the agreement prior to the end of the billing cycle, no refund or compensation shall be issued for the remaining unused period, subject to the following:
- User-Initiated Termination or Breach: If the user voluntarily terminates the service, requests early cancellation, or breaches this agreement (including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service), no refund or pro-rated compensation shall be issued for any remaining portion of the billing cycle. The user’s decision to discontinue service does not constitute a breach by Uzumaru and does not give rise to any entitlement to compensation.
- Service Unavailability by Uzumaru: If Uzumaru is unable to continue providing the service during an active billing cycle for reasons not attributable to the user’s breach or violation of these Terms, any compensation owed shall be assessed and issued solely in accordance with our Refund Policy, which governs the calculation and eligibility of any pro-rated credit or reimbursement.
Right to Refuse Renewal
Uzumaru reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to deny or restrict any user from renewing, extending, or subscribing to any service or billing cycle at any time, with or without cause, and without obligation to provide reason. This includes but is not limited to accounts that have previously violated these Terms of Service, accounts identified as high-risk, or accounts subject to ongoing review.
Such a decision does not constitute a breach of agreement by Uzumaru. Where a user has prepaid for a future billing cycle that has not yet commenced at the time of the renewal denial, a refund for that unstarted period may be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy. No compensation is owed for the current active billing cycle.
13. Data Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the security and backup of your data. Uzumaru is not liable for any loss of data, whether due to hardware failure, human error, or service termination. We strongly recommend maintaining regular off-site backups.
14. Limitations of Liability
Uzumaru will not be held liable for any loss of data, revenue, or any other indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We are not responsible for damages resulting from network downtime, system failures, or any other issues outside of our control.
15. Service Modifications & Discontinuation
Uzumaru reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any service, feature, pricing plan, or product offering at any time, with or without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to changes to resource allocations, network configurations, supported operating systems, or available product tiers.
Where a service is discontinued mid-billing-cycle for reasons not attributable to user breach, any applicable compensation shall be assessed in accordance with our Refund Policy. Uzumaru shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages arising from service changes or discontinuation.
16. Account Ownership & Non-Transferability
Accounts registered with Uzumaru are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your account or any associated services to any third party without prior written consent from Uzumaru. Any attempt to do so will be considered a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Uzumaru reserves the right to terminate any account that is determined to have been transferred, sold, or operated by a party other than the original registered account holder.
17. Eligibility & Age Requirement
By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. If you are under the required age, you are not permitted to use our services. Uzumaru reserves the right to terminate any account upon discovery that the account holder does not meet this requirement.
18. Modifications to the Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last revised” date. We encourage you to review this page regularly for updates. Continued use of the services after any changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
19. Complimentary & Zero-Cost Services
Services with a renewal price of $0.00 are classified as complimentary promotional products (“Free Tier Services”). By accepting or using a Free Tier Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following additional terms, which apply in addition to all other provisions of these Terms of Service:
- Promotional Nature: Free Tier Services are offered at Uzumaru’s sole discretion as a promotional benefit. They do not constitute a contractual entitlement and may be modified, restricted, or withdrawn at any time without notice and without compensation.
- No Refund Eligibility: Free Tier Services carry no monetary value and are not eligible for any form of refund, credit, or compensation under any circumstances.
- Restricted Functionality: Uzumaru reserves the right to impose additional restrictions on Free Tier Services at any time, including but not limited to: disabling outbound push traffic, limiting port access, restricting bandwidth, blocking specific protocols or destinations, and applying stricter resource usage caps.
- Priority Enforcement: Free Tier Services are subject to stricter enforcement of all usage policies. Any violation — including minor or first-time violations — may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the service without warning.
- No SLA: Free Tier Services are provided on a best-effort basis. No uptime guarantee or SLA applies. Downtime, instability, or interruption of Free Tier Services does not entitle the user to any compensation or replacement.
- Non-Transferable: Free Tier Services may not be transferred, resold, or shared under any circumstances.
20. ProbeFlex Product Terms
ProbeFlex is a specialized product line offered by Uzumaru subject to the following additional terms, which apply in addition to all other provisions of these Terms of Service:
- No SLA: ProbeFlex products are provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee or Service Level Agreement of any kind. Downtime, instability, degraded performance, or interruption of ProbeFlex services does not entitle the user to any refund, credit, or compensation.
- Account-Level Restrictions: Uzumaru reserves the right to restrict or permanently revoke access to ProbeFlex products for any individual account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to accounts identified as low-usage, abusive, high-risk, or otherwise inconsistent with the intended use of the product.
- Business Discontinuation: Uzumaru reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, or fully retire the ProbeFlex product line at any time, without prior notice and without any obligation to provide reason or compensation. Upon discontinuation, all ProbeFlex services will be terminated immediately.
21. LXC / Incus Product Restrictions
LXC and Incus-based products operate within a shared containerized environment. Due to the architectural constraints and resource implications of this platform, the following restrictions apply to all LXC and Incus products in addition to the general terms of this agreement:
- Container-in-Container Prohibited: Installing, running, or enabling Docker, Podman, LXD, or any other container runtime or virtualization layer within an LXC or Incus instance is strictly prohibited.
- Overlay Network Tools Prohibited: Installing or operating mesh networking, overlay VPN tools, or proxy management panels such as Tailscale, ZeroTier, Nebula, 3x-ui, x-ui, or similar software is strictly prohibited.
- High-Resource Software: Running software that disproportionately consumes system resources — including but not limited to cryptocurrency miners, large-scale compilation jobs, or persistent high-CPU/memory workloads — is prohibited and subject to the Resource Abuse policy under §4.
Violations of these restrictions may result in any combination of the following, at Uzumaru’s sole discretion:
- Immediate suspension or permanent deletion of the affected instance.
- Account suspension or permanent termination without refund.
22. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Uzumaru is based. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws in that jurisdiction.
23. SentinelX Network Security
All Uzumaru infrastructure is protected by SentinelX by Uzumaru, our proprietary kernel-level Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) and eXpress Data Path (XDP) security system. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that your network traffic passing through our infrastructure is subject to inspection, filtering, and logging in accordance with the SentinelX Terms of Service.
SentinelX operates transparently on all nodes and may, without limitation:
- Inspect, drop, redirect, or rate-limit network packets based on protocol classification and administrator-defined policy.
- Log connection metadata (source/destination IP, port, SNI, protocol verdict) for security and compliance purposes.
- Enforce GeoIP-based and protocol-based traffic restrictions as configured by Uzumaru.
TCP Connection Limits (NAT Products)
For NAT-based products, Uzumaru uses SentinelX telemetry data solely to evaluate whether a user’s concurrent TCP connection count falls within acceptable usage thresholds. The following enforcement tiers apply:
- ≥ 250 & < 500 connections: Connection activity is logged for monitoring purposes. No immediate action is taken.
- ≥ 500 & < 800 connections: A warning notification is issued to the account holder. Continued excessive usage may result in further action.
- ≥ 800 connections: The service will be immediately shut down without prior notice.
High-Risk Traffic Rerouting
SentinelX continuously evaluates outbound traffic destinations against a maintained list of high-risk categories. Traffic destined for domains, IPs, or services classified as high-risk will be automatically rerouted through a Cloudflare Warp egress node. All such rerouted traffic is subject to full connection logging, including destination, protocol, and timestamp metadata.
High-Risk Port Blocking
SentinelX enforces outbound port restrictions on ports commonly associated with abuse, exploitation, or unauthorized scanning activity. Egress traffic on these ports will be blocked at the network level without prior notice. The list of restricted ports is maintained at Uzumaru’s discretion and may be updated at any time.
Network Scan & Process Detection — Enforcement
SentinelX performs continuous behavioral analysis of network traffic patterns and system-level process activity to identify activity indicative of unauthorized port scanning, host enumeration, reconnaissance activities, or prohibited running processes. Where SentinelX generates a report indicating a credible risk or violation originating from a user’s service, Uzumaru reserves the right to take any of the following actions, assessed on a case-by-case basis according to the severity of the finding:
- Service Suspension: Temporary suspension of the affected machine pending review.
- Machine Deletion: Permanent deletion of the machine and all associated data without prior notice.
- Account Termination: Permanent ban of the account with full balance forfeiture and clearance of all associated services.
